Coronavirus (Covid-19) Response Update - 14th April 2020
With events relating to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) changing daily, we have been continuing to monitor global developments regarding the outbreak and taking necessary steps in line with the World Health Organisation and government guidance.
The safety and wellbeing of our staff, customers and suppliers are of paramount importance so to safeguard everyone at this time we have reviewed our operations based on World Health Organisation and government guidance and have made changes to specifically cater for the impact of COVID-19.
We have brought in measures to ensure hand cleansing is carried out by staff on entering the office and workshop and during the day. Physical distancing is also being observed on the premises. In accordance with Government guidelines any member of staff with symptoms of Covid-19 will be isolated for 7 days and 14 days should a member of their household have symptoms.
Staff travel and face to face meetings with customers or suppliers, either at their site or ours, have been prohibited in line with social distancing. We continue receive deliveries and to ship orders (Monday to Friday), however, please let us know of any operational requirements you have put in place for your organisation that our courier company should be made aware of in advance of delivering.
We are available to take calls and emails in the normal way to support you with your connector requirements.
These are unprecedented times and COAX Connectors Ltd continues to follow the latest official advice with regard to COVID-19. We will ensure that our business operations will continue to operate as normal for as long as possible. However, if we are faced with government enforced closure, we will have no option but to declare force majeure on all contractual obligations.
